Refund Policy

Registration fees is always not refundable.

REFUND WILL BE ALWAYS WITH A REASON.

In cases of both existing and new students the registration fees is not refundable.

If the family is met with extenuating circumstances that may include but are not limited to relocation to another country/Emirate or any other unforeseen reasons, they may contact the Center Admission Office and discuss their situation. If the family is met with extenuating circumstances that may include but are not limited to relocation to another country/Emirate or if the parent is facing any financial issue (loosing job, termination or demotion) the parent can meet the admission office to support him.

In case of refund (approved by the center after the situation's discussion) the fees will be calculated as follows:

• The tuition fees paid will be refundable and only the registration fee will be deducted.
• If the student attended the nursery for more than one month full term fee will be deducted.
